Just purchased my first property and I have also been with statefarm for quite awhile. Naturally I was excited to get a bundle deal on auto and homeowners insurance. I was in communication with Kimberly at this location. I noticed my auto bill was not adjusted to the original quote provided. I reached out to Kimberly via email and she confirmed that the bill would be updated for Jan, also reached out via phone where she willingly accepted payment for Decembers bill. Now come Jan, I find out Kimberly made an error in quote by not updating my address. In this economy we are all trying to save as much as we can. Kimberly didnt even take time to double check my information, just poor service on her end. I advise if you decide to work with this location, to confirm if Kimberly is putting in correct information so that you receive accurate quote information. All she could do was offer an apology and the new rate that i was expecting from the originally quote is higher. Just overall a bad experience where I haf to call to get informed about it because kimberly never noticed her error.
